Ms.
Hartman joined GMP Companies, Inc. in late
2004 as President and CEO after more than
18 years in the investment banking industry,
where she served most recently as Managing
Director in the Healthcare Department of the
Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs
& Co. During her tenure, she was responsible
for the firm’s worldwide efforts in
the Medical Device Industry and, prior to
that, for the firm’s worldwide efforts
in the Healthcare Services Industry. Ms. Hartman
received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
from Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Drew
Rogers
Senior
Vice President of Sales
Mr.
Rogers joined LifeSync in 2007 after 20 years
of senior sales management and eight years
of consulting in the medical device industry.
He was a national sales director for SpaceLabs
Medical from 1984 to 1986 before joining Medical
Data Electronics (MDE) as VP of Sales. He
served three years as president and general
manager for MDE from 1997 to 1999 and facilitated
its acquisition by Thermo Electron. While
at MDE, he managed the rollout of the first
wireless multi parameter patient monitor system
in 1990. Mr. Rogers founded NetGAIN, a sales
management consulting firm, in 1999. After
consulting for Masimo Corporation, he joined
them as Vice President of Sales, Marketing
and Business Development from 2000 through
2001 where he managed their initial bundled
pulse oximetry contracts. Mr. Rogers received
his degree in journalism from the University
of Missouri.
Chip
Standifer
Vice President of Product Development
Mr.
Standifer joined LifeSync in March 2008. Mr.
Standifer has over 25 years of entrepreneurial
leadership, hardware, software and consumer
product development and strategic planning
experience. As CTO of NavStar Technologies,
he led a small team of hardware and software
engineers through the development and manufacturing
engineering of a voice based telematic navigation
system. His responsibilities ranged from product
planning, prototyping and engineering through
industrial design, remotely managing the manufacturing
engineering team in China, FCC approvals and
the initial launch from alpha and beta testing
through operational customer service and support
systems. Prior to NavStar he held a variety
of start up management positions including
founder and CEO of ATDC graduate VisiSoft,
where he raised two rounds of venture funding,
and consulting clients which included Viacom,
Scientific-Atlanta, DCA, Blockbuster, NCR,
MTV, and Microsoft.
Jeffrey
L. Raney, Esq.
Secretary
Mr.
Raney has served as our General Counsel and
Secretary since October 1999. From March
1993 to October 1999, Mr. Raney was Vice President,
Administration of Computer Generation, a telecommunications
company. Prior to that time, he was
a partner in the Atlanta, Georgia office of
the law firm of Powell, Goldstein, Frazer
and Murphy, LLP, where he was counsel for
a number of technology companies, including
Hayes Microcomputers, Inc., SCI Systems, Sales
Technologies, Inc. and EntreMed, Inc. He
specialized in providing legal services to
technology-based firms. Mr. Raney graduated
from the University of Florida School of Engineering
and from the University of Michigan Law School.
