LifeSync
Corporation, a wireless ECG data communication
system innovator, was awarded a multiyear
contract for the sale of the LifeSync®
Wireless ECG System which includes disposable
ECG LeadWear® products with MedAssets
Supply Chain Systems effective February
1, 2009. MedAssets Supply Chain Systems
is one of the largest group purchasing and
supply chain services in U.S., serving more
than 125 health systems, including 2,500
hospitals. The LifeSync Wireless ECG System
offers patient safety and productivity solutions
to hospitals. The system, which works in
conjunction with a hospital’s installed
patient monitoring equipment, un-tethers
patients from lead wires, can increase the
accuracy of patient alarms and can decrease
the risk of hospital acquired infections.
Under the terms of the agreement, the two
companies will collaborate on customized
marketing promotions to MedAssets’
customers.
